If you have more than 700 Strength, which you should, Massacre is already rendered worthless. While Massacre gives you a fixed AP boost, Fallen Crusader increases your total strength by 30%. Each strength point grants 2 Attack Power. Now it is true that FC has to proc for you to get the effect, but as it stands now, it appears to have no internal cooldown, and can proc even while active. This will not increase your STR by 60% but will refresh the 30% buff for another 15 seconds.

Oh and the 3% total HP heal isn't too bad either.

Unless they change something, Rune of the Fallen Crusader seems to easily outperform Massacre.

Stick with Rune of the Fallen Crusader. Personally, I can't wait to get a Darkmoon: Greatness card http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42987 and have the +90 str, the 300 to str proc from the card, and then RFC proc as well. That will be sweet!

Hey first post... WOOT. anyways, does anyone know the proc rate, if any, of fallen crusader??? Just curious.

It's an interesting question. If you're going PvP, I would strongly recommend you going RFC (or Titanium Weapon Chain, as getting disarmed may fuck your whole strategy of killing someone, but I still preffer RFC). For PvE, it seems to be better to go for Berseking/Massacre. Since your need is to do more damage per second, you will for sure get it better with a +110 AP always present than with the +15% Strenght Proc. But, if you still want some proc, you should go for Berseking (freaking expensive tho, as it costs something like 10 Abyss Crystal and some more shit), but it will proc for+400ap and that's a shit load more damage.
But... there's another thing. Titansteel Destroyer is not as good as everyone thinks and is easily replaceable by anything that drops from 10/25men or that you can get from Arena (1.4k rating, which is basically easy to get - I am doing some Arena, and in two weeks, already got 1.1k, not playing a lot). Spending much money on that is kind of a waste

So, I would say:
Titansteel Destroyer - Rune of the Fallen Crusader

Other weapons:
PvP - Rune of the Fallen Crusader
PvE - Berserking

There's no need to ever use a weapon chain as a Death Knight, Swordshattering also has a disarm reduction and 4% parry is pretty awesome. As for the rest of your post, you should never use anything but Fallen Crusader for PvE as Unholy or Blood, Frost can use Razorice, but I mostly prefer Fallen Crusader for that spec as well. It's honestly just an amazing enchant.

Frost does not use Razorice.

Nobody uses anything but Fallen Crusader.

Tanks use Stoneskin Gargoyle or its 1-handed cousin.

(Yes, I know Swordshattering or whatever gives you 4% Parry, but the 25 defense from Stoneskin adds up to 3% avoidance PLUS 2% Stamina. I suppose a case could be made for Spellshattering on purely-magic fights, or fights where the boss does massive unavoidable magic damage and inconsequential physical damage, but I'll give you a cookie if you can find one like that.)
