To insert a wowhead tooltip simply paste a link to the item, spell, quest you would like.
For example:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51416
Will look like this if you paste it as shown above:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51416
Alternatively to make it look nicer you can use the URL BB code like so:
Titansteel Destroyer (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41257)
Which would look like this:
Titansteel Destroyer (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41257)
