I would suggest the Chaotic Skyfire Diamond (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34220) for DPS. You will need two blue gems which you can get from either +30 stamina gems, or if you still want some attack you could do 2 Sovereign Dreadstones (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40129).

Those count as blue as well.

Go with a Relentless Earthsiege Diamond. Use a Nightmare Tear in a blue socket that gives +Strength, and there's your Meta requirement.

Some Unholy DKs will find that a Chaotic Skyflare Diamond, with a Nightmare Tear and a +Str/+Stam gem is actually better, but those are mostly in raiding setups.

Or you can just pick whatever's cheaper and do Heroics until your eyes bleed, and then BOOM--you'll have a nice T9 set to spend money on. All that gear that raiders clawed each others' eyes out over a couple months ago? Heroic loot now.
